Refund & Returns Policy
At Original Magnetic Supporter, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size/color expectations, or buyer's remorse.
Exceptions (required by law)
Regardless of the "all sales final" policy above, we will offer a refund, replacement, or repair in the following cases, in line with consumer protection laws in the regions we serve:
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or faulty.
- The item received is materially different from what was described on the product page.
- The item was never delivered within a reasonable time and tracking confirms non-delivery.
To request a resolution under these exceptions, contact us at aminities.la@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the issue where applicable. We will respond within 5 business days.
UK & New Zealand customers — additional statutory rights
- United Kingdom: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. You have the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund. Additionally, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receipt for any reason, and to receive a refund once the item is returned to us in its original condition (return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty).
- New Zealand: Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, goods must be of acceptable quality and fit for purpose. This guarantee applies regardless of our "all sales final" policy for personal/household use purchases.
US & Canada customers
We do not offer a general cooling-off/change-of-mind return window beyond what is stated above. Products found to be defective on arrival remain covered under the exceptions section above, consistent with implied warranty protections under the Uniform Commercial Code (US) and applicable provincial consumer protection legislation (Canada).
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
